About Us
At Our Place Support, we deliver impactful mentoring, advice, and support services designed to empower children and adults facing challenges.
Established in 2011, we are a trusted community organisation dedicated to making a positive change in the lives of people we support across Birmingham and the West Midlands. Our aim is to empower individuals to navigate life’s difficulties and achieve lasting change.
“Teresa has helped me to navigate this difficult time.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the support you have given me.”

Your Partner in Support
Our Place Support was founded as Our Place Community Hub, with the vision of creating a vital, safe, and central space for community organisations to deliver essential advice and support services. Since its establishment, the Hub has been at the core of our work, providing accessible facilities supporting both individuals and voluntary organisations.
Recognising the growing need for support with social, emotional, and mental health challenges, we established our Mentoring Service for children and young people, addressing social, emotional, and mental health challenges.
Over time, we’ve continued to evolve and expand our services. Guided by consultation with the communities we serve, in 2017 we took on leadership of a dedicated Advice Service. This service has since become a lifeline for individuals and families, providing critical support with benefits, housing, and cost-of-living challenges.
Together, these services form the foundation of our commitment to creating lasting, meaningful change in the communities across Birmingham and the West Midlands.
Why Choose Our Place Support?
Our Place Support is a Community Interest Company (CIC).
As a not-for-profit CIC any income generated is reinvested into our community focused services and so by choosing our training or renting space at our Community Hub, you’re not just accessing valuable resources – you’re actively supporting vital services that benefit the entire community.
“The Community Hub is clearly a vital organisation to many people living in Sutton Coldfield. The services it provides and the other organisations renting space here are well used.”
