What We Do

Our services

Since 2017, our Advice Service has supported individuals and families with practical guidance on benefits, housing, and cost-of-living challenges.  We’re here to provide the information and support you need to navigate life’s difficulties.

Our established Mentoring Scheme, running since 2011, offers a range of targeted support for children and young people.  Delivered by highly qualified and experienced mentors, our sessions address social, emotional, and mental health challenges through bespoke one-to-one sessions and group interventions.

We know that networking is a vital part of building stronger support services. That’s why we host free, regular networking groups exclusively for the Voluntary, Community, Faith & Social Enterprise (VCFSE) sectors. These sessions provide a relaxed and informal space to connect with like-minded professionals, offering the opportunity for collaboration, sharing resources and best practice.

Our Training Programme specialises in the delivery of Mentoring and Safeguarding courses, drawing on extensive frontline and lived experience. Designed to strengthen practice and build confidence, our courses equip professionals with the tools they need to support others safely and effectively. Delivered by experienced facilitators, the training is practical, engaging, and accessible—supporting organisations across the statutory, public, and voluntary sectors since 2013.
