We specialise in Mentoring and Safeguarding training, drawing on a wealth of frontline and lived experience in these areas. Our training is designed to strengthen practice, build confidence, and equip professionals with the tools they need to support others safely and effectively.
Since 2013, we’ve delivered training to professionals across the statutory, public, and voluntary sectors—both locally and nationally. Our courses are designed to be engaging, insightful, and shaped by the day-to-day realities of supporting individuals, families, and communities, drawing on key theories as well as practical application to give learners a deep understanding of the subject.
All training is delivered by experienced facilitators who bring deep, practical insight into the topics covered. We are committed to making our training inclusive and accessible, with pricing that supports smaller voluntary sector organisations where mentoring and safeguarding are essential.
How Our Training is Delivered
Our courses are delivered both online via GiraffePad—a fantastic online learning platform—and in person at venues across the West Midlands. Both formats offer interactive sessions, packed with practical resources and materials for learners to take away and use in their roles.

For over 8 years, our Safeguarding Training Courses have been delivered to a wide range of educators, social workers, healthcare providers, volunteers, and other frontline professionals across the UK. Our courses empower individuals with the knowledge and skills needed to safeguard those in their care. Developed and delivered by experts with frontline experience, the content is based on real-life situations, ensuring that it is practical, relatable, and relevant to the everyday challenges faced by those working on the frontlines.
